Donald Joseph Qualls also known as DJ Qualls in America is an American actor and producer. After becoming famous through his performances in Road Trip and The New Guy Hustle & Flow He has appeared in more than 20 feature films, including The Core. Alongside his role on Road Trip he has been featured in more than 22 television series such as Breaking Bad Supernatural Srubs Lost Law & Order etc. Qualls has fought Hodgkin's lymphoma since he was 14 years old. His cancer was in remission after 2 years. His body was badly affected by treatment, and his development was slowed down. As he was raised in poverty, he wanted to attain financial stability. He stated, "I've been living so frugal for so many years and I'm desperate for money security or else the world will feel out-of-control and that's not good for me." He also looks back at his childhood and hopes to take action on the problem of bullying. The fact that cruel acts break his heart. He claims that his dream role would be to portray a dad in both the real world and on film. He does however admit that directors don't usually cast him for those types of roles. He'd love to become father one day in order to spend more time to his son and less to his career.
